We want you to be happy with every purchase from Sorrells Farms. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because many of our products are food items, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and non-perishable products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be unopened and unused
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Perishable food items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
